At a glance
- Creator identity documents are manually reviewed, not checked against a government registry.
- Campaign approval is separate from creator approval and is not a guarantee of success.
- Report concerns privately through Support; never expose another user’s identity or payment details.
This summary helps you navigate. The full policy below explains the details.
1. What creator review means
The application process reviews a business profile and then an eligible non-Aadhaar credential PDF with related details. Only an administrator makes the manual identity-document decision. Approved creators can access Creator Studio and submit projects for a separate publishing review.
This is not certified KYC, a public-registry query, proof of solvency, a product inspection, or confirmation that every claim is true. The current application flow does not verify a bank account. A manually reviewed identity is not an endorsement of a project’s future performance.
2. What project publishing means
Campaign submissions remain non-public until an administrator approves publication. We may ask for clearer descriptions, risks, evidence, or corrections, and may pause or remove content when concerns arise.
Publishing, featuring, or recommending a project does not guarantee a completed prototype, a legal certification, an award, a particular funding result, or reward fulfilment. Sample projects are illustrative and cannot take payments. Report any content that misleadingly suggests otherwise.
3. Payments and funds
Enabled checkout uses the configured gateway; current integrated payments are charged when authorised. WEEFUND does not claim that every charge waits for the campaign goal, that money is held in an escrow product, or that a missed target automatically completes a refund.
Read the funding model, displayed total, campaign risks, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Production payments require live gateway credentials. Creator payouts and bank onboarding are separate from account approval and are not provided as an automated service by the current application.
4. Protecting private submissions
Identity PDF and detail bytes are encrypted before private storage. Administrator-only endpoints control application review and document downloads. Public campaign responses omit private identity details and passwords. Administrators are responsible for protecting any copy they download.
Use only the protected identity-submission form for the requested credential. Do not send Aadhaar, identity PDFs, full payment credentials, passwords, or OTPs through comments, project updates, ordinary email, or Support. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that no incident will ever occur.
5. Warning signs to look for
Pause before paying and report the facts. An attractive project page or familiar founder image is not proof of authenticity. WEEFUND resource articles do not imply an endorsement or affiliation by their subjects.
- Guaranteed returns, unusually risk-free promises, or claims of approval that cannot be substantiated.
- A concept image presented as a finished working product or materially undisclosed AI-generated evidence.
- Pressure to pay a personal account, reveal an OTP, or pay an additional amount to release a refund.
- Unexplained charges, inconsistent identities, fabricated endorsements, manipulated funding claims, or a refusal to discuss delivery risks.
- Material delays without meaningful updates, or attempts to publish someone else’s private documents.
6. Reporting and review
Submit a Safety report through Support, or contact gamingchuckchuck@gmail.com. Include the campaign URL, the specific concern, relevant dates, and non-sensitive evidence. For copyright complaints, identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing content, your authority, and a way to contact you.
Administrators can review account and project records, seek clarification, restrict visibility, and cooperate with competent authorities or authorised providers where justified. Enforcement is based on the available information; we do not promise to independently audit every project, recover every loss, or decide every private dispute.
7. Corrections, appeals, and legal remedies
If you believe an application or campaign decision is mistaken, contact Support with its reference and a concise explanation. Do not create duplicate identities or another account to bypass the decision. We may ask for relevant corrections or additional information.
Platform review does not replace your rights to use a payment dispute, grievance contact, consumer forum, court, or regulator where available. Nothing in our risk warnings permits fraud or waives duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
